We've kept it as simple as possible. From your first phone call to that first weekly visit usually takes two to three weeks and we support you the enitre way.

A 15 MINUTE CHAT
You ring our number and a coordinator picks up. It's a real person. They simply listen to what you're looking for. Nothing is decided yet.

We look for a student
USUALLY 1-2 WEEKS
We find a student from Eindhoven who fits you. Think about your neighbourhood, your interests, the help you'd like. We take care with this.

We meet together
ABOUT AN HOUR
You, the student, and your coordinator meet. At your kitchen table or a neighbourhood centre. We will play the Bonusbuur introduction game. Only if it feels right do we continue. You are never obliged.

The visits begin
EVERY WEEK
From then on the same student comes by every week, for 1 to 3 hours. Your coordinator checks in regularly and is always reachable.

Reflection moments
EVERY QUARTILE
To guarantee our student and you maintain a healthy relationship, we check in every quartile to have a short reflection moment.
Always the same student
No rotating strangers. You build a real relationship over time.
A coordinator stays involved
You always have someone to call. We never just disappear after the intro.
Stop whenever you like
No long contract. One week's notice, and you can pause for holidays.
